Analisa Pengukuran Tingkat Produktivitas Perusahaan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Marvin E-Mundel Pada PT.Transmart Carrefour Medan

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri yang sangat pesat membuat suatu perusahaan harus memiliki kemampuan yang tinggi dalam bersaing. Daya saing suatu perusahaan dapat diukur dengan produktivitas perusahaan tersebut, maka dari itu perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerja/produktivitasnya secara lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga tercapainya tujuan yang diharapkan perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan di Bread shop PT. Transmart Carrefour-Medan bertujuan untuk mengukur nilai produktivitasnya dengan menetapkan bulan Januari 2018 sebagai periode dasar dengan menggunakan metode Marvin E, Mundel dengan enam indikator yaitu : deflator, harga konstan, RIP, AOP, indeks produktivitas parsial dan indeks produktivitas total. Maka didapatlah nilai indeks produktivitas material berfluktuasi, namun rata-rata nilai indeksnya berada diatas 100%. Hal ini mengidentifikasi bahwa penggunaan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan cukup efektif. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran produktivitas, selama masa periode pengukuran dengan menetapkan nilai perolehan yang didapat dari hasil pengukuran adalah depresiasi tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Maret 2018 dengan nilai sebesar 154,18% dan terendah pada bulan Febuari 2019 dengan nilai sebesar 65,27%, Indeks produktivitas material tertinggi pada bulan Maret 2018 dengan nilai sebesar 131,29% dan terendah pada bulan Febuari 2019 dengan nilai sebesar 76,51%, Indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja tertinggi pada bulan Maret 2018 dengan nilai sebesar 144,07% dan terendah pada bulan Febuari 2019 dengan nilai sebesar 65,57%, Indeks produktivitas energi tertinggi pada bulan Maret 2018 dengan nilai sebesar 144,64% dan terendah pada bulan Mei 2018 dengan nilai sebesar 75,35%, Indeks produktivitas maintenance tertinggi pada bulan Maret 2018 dengan nilai sebesar 155,19% dan terendah pada bulan Febuari 2019 dengan nilai sebesar 63,34%. The rapid development of the industrial world makes a company must have a high ability to compete. The competitiveness of a company can be measured by the productivity of the company, therefore the company is required to improve its performance/productivity more effectively and efficiently so that the company's expected goals can be achieved. The research was conducted at the Bread shop PT. Transmart Carrefour-Medan aims to measure its productivity value by setting January 2018 as the base period using the Marvin E, Mundel method with six indicators, namely: deflator, constant prices, RIP, AOP, partial productivity index and total productivity index. Then the material productivity index value fluctuates, but the average index value is above 100%. This identifies that the use of human resources within the company is quite effective. Based on the results of the productivity measurement, during the measurement period by determining the acquisition value obtained from the measurement results, the highest depreciation occurred in March 2018 with a value of 154.18% and the lowest in February 2019 with a value of 65.27%. Material productivity index the highest was in March 2018 with a value of 131.29% and the lowest was in February 2019 with a value of 76.51%, the highest labor productivity index was in March 2018 with a value of 144.07% and the lowest was in February 2019 with a value of at 65.57%, the highest energy productivity index in March 2018 with a value of 144.64% and the lowest in May 2018 with a value of 75.35%, the highest maintenance productivity index in March 2018 with a value of 155.19% and the lowest was in February 2019 with a value of 63.34%.
