dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dengan motivasi kerja karyawan, dimana yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah para karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Telkom Langsa Tbk yang berjumlah 43 orang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian dibuktikan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment, dimana diperoleh sebagai berikut: a). Terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dengan motivasi kerja. Artinya semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, maka semakin rendah motivasi kerja, sebaliknya semakin rendah gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,655 ; sig < 0,010. b). Gaya kepemimpinan otoriter memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 42,9%. Ini berarti masih terdapat 57,1% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap motivasi kerja. Hasil lain yang diperoleh diketahui gaya kepemimpinan otoriter tergolong rendah dan motivasi kerja yang dimiliki para pegawai di PT. Telkom Langsa Tbk tergolong tinggi | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the relationship of authoritarian leadership style with employee work motivation, where the subject of research are the employees who work in PT. Telkom Langsa Tbk totaling 43 people. The hypothesis proposed in the research is proved by using Product Moment correlation technique, which is obtained as follows: a). There is a very significant negative relationship between authoritarian leadership style and work motivation. This means that the higher the authoritarian leadership style, the lower the work motivation, the lower the authoritarian leadership style, the higher the work motivation. This result is proved by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.655; Sig <0.010. B). Authoritarian leadership style has an effect on work motivation of 42,9%. This means there are still 57.1% influences from other factors on work motivation. Other results obtained are known authoritarian leadership style is low and work motivation owned by employees in PT.
