Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen kerja perawat RS Mitra Sejati. Komitmen kerja adalah keinginan yang kuat untuk tetap menjadi anggota perusahaann kemauan untuk mengerahkan upaya yang tinggi untuk kepentingan perusahaan, serta kepercayaan dalam menerima nilanilai dan tujuan perusahaan. Adapun faktor-faktornya adalah usia, masa kerja, motivasi, dan karakteristik struktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriftif. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 perawat RS Mitra Sejati. Teknik pengambilan data dengan model skala komitmen organisasi yang disusun berdasarkan skala likert. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor F persen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui faktor usia merupakan faktor terbesar mempengaruhi komitmen kerja sebesar 26,66 %. Faktor masa kerja merupakan faktor kedua yang berkontribusi terhadap komitmen kerja dengan hasil sebesar 24,82%. Faktor motivasi berkontribusi terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 24,26%. Faktor karakteristik struktur berkontribusi terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 24,26 %. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the work commitment of nurses at Mitra Sejati Hospital. Work commitment is a strong desire to remain a member of the company, a willingness to exert high efforts for the benefit of the company, as well as trust in accepting the values and goals of the company. The factors are age, working period, motivation, and structure characteristics. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples was 89 people. The data collection technique used a likert scale model through a scale of organizational commitment. The data analysis in this study used the F percent factor analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that age is the biggest factor affecting work commitment by 26.66%. The tenure factor is the second factor that contributes to work commitment with a yield of 24.82%. The motivational factor contributes to work commitment by 24.26%. The structural characteristics factor contributed to work commitment by 24.26%. |
