dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah, dengan aplikasi dosis mikoriza pada media pasir pantai. Kombinasi pupuk kandang sapi dan dosis mikoriza diharapkan yang dapat memberikan interaksi terbaik dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah pada media pasir pantai di lahan percobaan kampus kampus 1 Universitas Medan Area, Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama Berbagai dosis pengaplikasian mikoriza dengan notasi (M) terdiri 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu M0 = tanpa mikoriza (kontrol), M1 = mikoriza 10 g / polibag, M2 = mikoriza 15 g / polibag, M3 = mikoriza 20 g/ polibag. Faktor kedua terdiri dari 3 dosis pupuk kandang sapi yaitu K0 = tanpa Pemberian pupuk kandang sapi (kontrol), K1 = 50 % dosis pupuk kandang sapi (500 g/plot) atau 125 g/polibag, K2 = 100 % dosis pupuk kandang sapi (1 kg/plot) atau 250 g/polibag. Data pengamatan dianalisi dan secara statistika dengan uji F dan uji lanjutan dengan uji jarak Dunchan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh interaksi pemberian dosis mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah. Dosis pupuk kandang sapi memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada berat basah (M3K2 dosis 100%) dan berat kering (M1K2 dosis 100%) | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to increase the growth and production of shallot crop, with application of dosage of mycorrhizal on sand beach media. The combination of cow manure and mycorrhizal dose is expected to provide the best interaction in the growth and production of shallot crops on sand beach media on campus campus 1 campus field of University of Medan Area, Medan. This research uses Randomized Complete Random (RAL) Factorial consisting of 2 factors of treatment. The first factor Various doses of application of mycorrhizae with the notation (M) consisted of 4 treatment levels ie M0 = without mycorrhizal (control), M1 = mycorrhizal 10 g / polybag, M2 = mycorrhizal 15 g / polybag, M3 = mycorrhizal 20 g / polybag. The second factor consisted of 3 doses of cow manure ie K0 = without cow manure (control), K1 = 50% dose of cow manure (500 g / plot) or 125 g / polybag, K2 = 100% dose of cow manure ( 1 kg / plot) or 250 g / polybag. The observational data was analyzed and statistically with F test and continued test by Dunchan distance test. The results showed no effect of mycorrhizal dose interaction on growth and onion production.
