Pengaruh Modal Intelektual Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada Indeks Infobank15 yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019

Abstract

Modal intelektual sangat penting menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan sebagai bentuk dalam mengelola sumber daya agar membuat perusahaan mendapatkan kinerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual (VAIC) ataupun Jumlah dari Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), Terhadap Rasio Kinerja Perusahaan (ROA). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Indeks Infobank15 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019 yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji statistik t, uji koefisien korelasi dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan software SPSS statistik 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual berpegaruh positif terhadap terhadap kinerja prusahaan. Intellectual capital is very important to be a concern for companies as a form of managing resources in order to make the company get good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital (VAIC) or the amount of Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), on the Company's Performance Ratio (ROA). The population used in this study were all Infobank15 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample of this research is 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 which were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis test, t statistic test, correlation coefficient test and coefficient of determination test with SPSS statistic software 22. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a positive effect on company performance.
