Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage, tunneling incentive dan good corporate governance terhadap keputusan perusahaan untuk melakukan transfer pricing pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 hingga 2019. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa leverage yang diukur dengan rasio utang terhadap modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap transfer pricing, tunneling incentive yang diukur dengan kepemilikan saham di atas 20% berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap transfer pricing dan good corporate governance yang diukur dengan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap keputusan perusahaan dalam melakukan transfer pricing. This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, tunneling incentive and good corporate governance on company’s decision to do transfer pricing in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling, with a sample of 15 consumer goods industry companies. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of companies financial report. The analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of the analysis showed that leverage measured by debt to equity ratio has a significant positive effect on transfer pricing, tunneling incentive measured by ownership share above 20% has a significant positive effect on transfer pricing and good corporate governance measured by institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on transfer pricing.
