dc.description.abstractPerkembangan minyak sawit (CPO) yang tergolong revolusioner menarik dan menjadi perhatian masyarakat global. Perubahan posisi minyak sawit menjadi minyak nabati dunia menggantikan keledai yang hampir 100 tahun menjadi utama dunia, telah melahirkan dinamika baru persaingan minyak nabati global, oleh sebab itu, setiap perusahaan manufaktur dan jasa dibidang minyak sawit (CPO) memiliki tekat dalam menjalankan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Demikian pula pada, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV unit Adolina merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang mengolahan kelapa sawit menjadi bahan baku setengah jadi yaitu CPO (Crude Palm Oil) dan Inti Kernel. Dalam proses produksinya, pabrik kelapa sawit PTPN IV unit Adolina berupaya untuk mengoptimalkan hasil dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Demikian pula pada kehilangan minyak CPO dan Intik Kernel yang terjadi pada saat proses produksi, pabrik kelapa sawit PTPN IV unit Adolina sangat meminimalisir sekecil mungkin kehilangan minyak CPO dan inti Kernel yang terjadi. Jadi, tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kehilangan minyak CPO dan inti Kernel untuk meningkatkan OER dan KER dengan menggunakan metode SPC. Berdasarkan hasil analisa didapatkan bahwa, jumlah kehilangan pada stasiun Tandan Kosong (X1 = 0,57%), Press (X2 = 0,56%), Nut/Biji (X3 = 0,10), Sludge Akhir (X4 = 0,39), Fibre Cyclone (X5 = 0,26), LTDS (X6 = 0,12), dan Claybath (X7 = 0,01). Ada empat faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kehilangan minyak CPO dan inti Kernel tersebut, yaitu SDM, Mesin dan Bahan Baku. The development of Palm oil (CPO) which is classified as revolutionary is interesting and become the global community's attentions. The position change of Palm oil become world vegetable oil replace soy bean which almost 100 years be the main in world, have risen new dynamic in competition of vegetable oil globally, therefore, every manufacture and service companies in Palm oil (CPO) need to have willpower in running them to gain maximal produce. As well as at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV unit Adolina, it is a company engaged in palm oil processing become semi-finished raw materials, i.e. CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and Kernel core. In the production process, palm oil factory PTPN IV unit Adolina trying to optimize the products and improve products quality. Similarly on losses on CPO and Kernel core occurred when production process, palm oil factory PTPN IV unit Adolina is very minimize loss as little as possible on CPO and Kernel core occurred. So, the purposes of the study are to find out how big losses on CPO and Kernel core, to increase OER and KER by using SPC method. Based on the analysis results obtained that, the amount of losses in station of Empty Bunches (X1 = 0.57%), Press (X2 = 0.56%), Nut (X3 = 0.10), Last Sludge (X4 = 0.39), Fibre Cyclone (X5 = 0.26), LTDS (X6 = 0.12), and Claybath (X7 = 0.01). Thus, there are four factors affect the occurrence of losses on CPO and Kernel core, i.e. Human Resources, Machine, and Raw Materials.en_US
