Analisa Implementasi ISO 45001:2018 Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3) PT Technindo Contromatra di Kawasan Industri Modern II

Abstract

PT Technindo Contromatra adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan total bagi industri pabrik kelapa sawit, sebagai pemasok berbagai instrumen dan peralatan untuk pabrik dan menerima jasa reparasi untuk berbagai instrumentasi pabrik kelapa sawit, mencakup boiler, hydraulic system, heavy equipment, dan generator set. PT. Technindo Contromatra berbasis di Kawasan Industri Modern II (KIM II), Jl. Pulau Bawean II, No. 180, Kab. Deli Serdang, Medan Labuhan, Medan. PT Technindo Contromatra sendiri telah menerapkan dan tersertifikasi untuk ISO 45001:2018. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pengaruh dari pelaksanaan ISO 45001:2018 pada karyawan PT Technindo Contromatra bagian operasional teknis. Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah proses telah berada dalam batas pengendali statistik dan berada dalam batas spesifikasi atau toleransi dengan metode fishbone diagram analysis. Beberapa hal yang menjadi penghalang dari pemenuhan klausul Proses SMK3 adalah tenaga kerja yang belum sepenuhnya memiliki kesadaran pentingnya menjalankan SMK3 perusahaan, kurangnya tenaga kerja pada departemen HSQ/ISO, serta belum sepenuhnya mengidentifikasi insiden, ketidaksesuaian dan tindakan korektif bagi beberapa lingkungan perusahan. PT. Technindo Contromatra is a company infield of total services for the palm oil mill industry, as a supplier of various instruments and equipment for factories and receives repair services for various palm oil mill instrumentations, such as boilers, hydraulic systems, heavy equipment, and generator sets. PT. Technindo Contromatra is run in Modern Industrial Estate II (KIM II), Jl. Pulau Bawean, No. 180, Deli Serdang Regency, Medan Labuhan, Medan. PT. Technindo Contromatra itself has been implemented and has been certified for ISO 45001: 2018. The purpose of this research was to identify how the impact of ISO 45001: 2018 implementation on the employees of PT. Technindo Contromatra in the technical operations division. Then, the fishbone diagram analysis method was used in this research to determine whether the process had been within the limits of statistical control and had been within the limits of specification or tolerance. In conclusion, there were obstacles to fulfilling the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Process clause such as workers who did not fully have an awareness of the importance of running the company's OHSMS, lack of manpower in the HSQ/ISO department, and had not fully identified incidents, non-conformity and corrective actions for several company environments.
