dc.description.abstractRendahnya kinerja karyawan disebabkan karena kurang maksimalnya implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 di perusahaan. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh HRD antara lain kompetensi yang belum ditetapkan untuk setiap jenjang, pelatihan dan evaluasi personil setelah pelatihan, kepedulian, prasarana dan lingkungan kerja. Ini semua sudah tercakup dalam klausul-klausul yang ada pada ISO 9001:2015 yang membahas konteks perusahaan, kepemimpinan, perencanaan, pendukung, kegiatan operasional, evaluasi kinerja, serta peningkatan. Topik bahasan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah Pengaruh Implementasi ISO 9001:2015 Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Technindo Contromatra di Kawasan Industri Modern II dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier dimana data yang diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner tertutup kepada seluruh karyawan serta dilakukan juga pengamatan dan wawancara langsung dengan karyawan PT Technindo Contromatra. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS diperoleh bahwa hanya klausul 7 mengenai pendukung yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil perhitungan uji t parsial lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu sebesar 2,029 ( diatas 1,99346). The low performance of employees is due to less than optimal performance implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system in the company. Things that HRD should pay attention to were, such as, the competencies that had not been determined for every level, training and evaluation of personnel after training, care, infrastructure, and work environment. This is all covered by the clauses in ISO 9001: 2015 which has considered the context of the company, leadership, planning, supporter, operational activities, performance evaluation, and improvement. Then, the topic of this Final Project Report was the Effect of ISO 9001: 2015 Implementation on Employee Performance of PT. Technindo Contromatra in Modern Industrial Estates II by using the linear regression method where data was obtained by distributing closed questionnaires to all employees and also conducted observations and interviewed directly to employees of PT. Technindo Contromatra. Thus, from the calculation using SPSS, it was found that only clause 7 regarding the supporters that influenced employee performance with the calculation of the partial t-test greater than the t-table was 2.029 (diatas 1.99346).en_US
