Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Pengendalian Intern Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan PT. Parsintauli Karya Perkasa

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Good Corporate Governance dan Pengendalian Intern terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada PT. PARSINTAULI KARYA PERKASA. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PARSINTAULI KARYA PERKASA dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesoner. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 0,014 hasil data good coporate governace sacara parsial dan signifikan mempengaruhi Kinerja perusahaan. Hasil dari 0,002 merupakan hasil data pengendalian intern secara parsial dan signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan hasil data secara simultan dan signifikan menghasilkan 0,000 dimana variabel bebas mempengaruhi secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap variabel independen. This study is to determine Good Corporate Governance and Internal Control of the Company's Performance at PT. PARSINTAULI WORKS PERKASA. This type of research used in this study is associative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PARSINTAULI KARYA PERKASA with a sample of 30 respondents and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. From the research results obtained 0.014 results of good corporate governance data partially and significantly affect the company's performance. The result of 0.002 is the result of internal control data partially and significantly affects the company's performance. While the results of the data simultaneously and significantly produce 0.000 where the independent variables affect simultaneously and significantly to the independent variables.
