Abstract: Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi Product Moment, dimana berdasarkan pengolahan data, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1). Terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara father absence temporer dengan penerimaan diri. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,419 ; p < 0,010. Artinya semakin sering ayah berada di luar rumah, maka penerimaan diri akan semakin buruk. Sebaliknya semakin sering ayah di rumah, maka penerimaan diri akan semakin baik. Dengan demikian maka hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini, dinyatakan diterima. 2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa father absence temporer memberikan kontribusi terhadap penerimaan diri sebesar 17 ,5%. lni berarti ketiadaan peran ayah di rumah akan memberikan dampak buruk terhadap penerimaan diri individu sebesar 17,5%. Masih terdapat 82,5% pengaruh dari variabel atau faktor lain terhadap kondisi penerimaan diri yang dimiliki individu, dimana faktor lain tersebut dalam penelitian ini tidak dilihat, antara lain adalah faktor internal dan eksternal, yakni pemahaman diri, harapan yang realistik, tidak adanya hambatan dan penerimaan sosial dari lingkungannya, keberhasilan di masa lalu, melakukan ideutifikasi dengan individu lain yang baik, pandangan terhadap diri yang baik, pelatihan di masa kanak-kanak, konsep diri yang stabil, dan kondisi emosi yang menyenangkan. 3 ). Hasil lainnya yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yakni diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini memiliki father absence temporer yang tergolong sedang dan penerimaan diri yang tergolong sangat baik. The data analysis method used in this research is technique Product Moment correlation, which is based on data processing, obtained results as follows: 1). There is a very significant negative relationship Among temporary father absence with self-acceptance. This result is proven with correlation coefficient rxy = -0.419 ; p < 0.010. It means the more often the father is in outside the home, then self-acceptance will get worse. Otherwise the more The more times the father is at home, the better self-acceptance will be. Therefore then the hypothesis that has been proposed in this study, is declared accepted. 2). Based on the results of this study, it is proven that father absence temporary contribute to self-acceptance by 17.5%. here means the absence of a father's role at home will have a negative impact to individual self-acceptance by 17.5%. There is still 82.5% of the influence of variables or other factors on the condition of self-acceptance of the individual, where the other factors in this study were not seen, including: internal and external factors, namely self-understanding, realistic expectations, not the existence of obstacles and social acceptance from their environment, success in the future then, identify with other good individuals, view good self-esteem, childhood training, stable self-concept, and pleasurable emotional state. 3). Other results obtained from this research, it is known that the subject of this research has a father temporary absence which is classified as moderate and self-acceptance which is classified as very good.
