Flora Sawita Chemindo is a private company in the form of a limited liability company. This company is engaged in the vegetable oil processing industry and produces fatty acid and glycerine products using raw materials in the form of vegetable oil (palm oil). To produce a product or service, what really matters is the quality of the product because quality is the single most important force that results in organizational success and company growth in both national and international markets. The author limits the problem to only glycerine products. To determine the quality of glycerine products, laboratory tests are carried out with quality parameters, namely APHA (color), Ph (acidity level) and mouisture content (water content). The data from the laboratory test results were calculated for the normal distribution test using the chi square test (x2) and obtained, where apha (color), the data from the laboratory test results were calculated for the normal distribution test using the chi square test.
