Abstract: | Prestasi adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dibebankan kepadanya yang didasarkan kecakapan, ketepatan ketelitian dan waktu dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan. Jabatan adalah suatu kedudukan yang di arah seseorang didalam suatu perusahaan. jadi pada sistem penilaian prestasi kerja terhadap peningkatan jabatan disini adalah hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang yang kemudian dihargai dengan pemberian jabatan kepadanya sebagai buah hasil kerjanya selama ini diperusahaan. Achievement is a result of work assigned to him based on skills, accuracy, accuracy and time in completing a job. Position is a position in the direction of a person in a company. so in the work performance appraisal system for promotion here is the work achieved by someone who is then rewarded by giving him a position as the fruit of his work so far in the company. |
