Pengaruh Koordinasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. BPR Bumiasih Deli Serdang

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kordinasi kerja sudah terlaksana dengan baik untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh pelaksanaan koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja. Rumusan masalah dalam hal ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Bumiasih Deli Serdang, penelitian ini mengambil populasi sebanyak 31 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai untuk menguji hipotesis adalah : analisa deskriptif, analisa kuantitatif yang terdiri dari koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi, uji t dan regresi. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work coordination has been carried out properly to determine the level of work effectiveness, to determine the effect caused by the implementation of coordination on work effectiveness. The formulation of the problem in this case is whether there is a significant effect between coordination on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. BPR Bumiasih Deli Serdang, this study took a population of 31 people as well as a sample. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis are: descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis consisting of correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and regression.
