This study uses two scales, namely the self-efficacy scale which consist from five aspects, namely: persistent in doing something, self-regulation, having positive self-assessment, and have self-satisfaction. Then the behavior scale conformity consists of three aspects, namely: trust in the group, flavor fear of deviation, group cohesiveness. Number of existing population as many as 777 people, and 10% were taken so that the total sample to 78 people. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. In an effort to prove the hypothesis above, it is used technique product moment data analysis. This technique is used to analyze connection between X-Y variables. The results of this study are known that (1) there are existence a very significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and conformity behavior. These results can be obtained by looking at the value of the coefficient connection rxy = - 0.471 with p < 0.010. This means that the proposed hypothesis accepted which reads that there is a normal relationship between self-efficacy with adolescent conformity behavior in SMP Negeri 6 Padangsidimpuan students. (2) Self efficacy is classified as normal, because the empirical value obtained is 128,038 whereas The hypothetical value is 120, which means that the empirical mean is greater than the value hypothetical. In addition, it is also known that conformity behavior is also classified as: normal because the empirical value obtained is 92.295 and the hypothetical value is 90 meaning that the empirical mean value is greater than the hypothetical value.
