dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan perawat RSUD Kah. ABDYA dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10-12 Agustus 2009. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah: Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan perawat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel sertaan yaitu golongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yakni skala kepuasan kerja terdiri dari 8 aspek yaitu kerja, bayaran, promosi, pengakuan, kondisi kerja, penyeliaan, teman kerja, perusahaan, dan managemen. Skala kepuasan kerja memiliki koefisien reliabilitas rbt = 0,9551 dan koefisien validitas bergerak antara 0,9618 sampai dengan 0,3462. Untuk skala kualitas pelayanan perawat menggunakan 8 standar yakni standar 1: menghargai hak-hak paisen, standar 2: penerimaan sewaktu pasien MRS, standar 3 : observasi keadaan pasien, standar 4: pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi, standar 5 : asuhan pada tindakan non operatif dan administrasi standar, 6 : asuhan pada tindakan operasi dan prosedur invasif, standar 7 : pendidikan kepada pasien dan keluarga, dan standar 8 : pemberian asuhan secara terus-menerus dan berkesinambungan. Skala kualitas pelayanan perawat memiliki koefisien reliabilitas rbt = 0,9593 clan koefisien validitas bergerak antara 0,9563 sampai dengan 0,3120. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel populasi yakni sebanyak 66 tenaga perawat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang menggunakan analisis regresi dan produk moment didapat hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan perawat (rxy = 0, 795 dengan p= 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perawat RSUD Kab. ABDYA memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dan kualitas pelayanan perawat yang tinggi. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction with the service quality of nurses at RSUD Kah. ABDYA dan carried out on August 10-12 2009. Job satisfaction scale own the reliability coefficient rbt = 0.9551 and the validity coefficient moves between 0.9618 up to 0.3462. For the scale of service quality, nurses use 8 standard i.e. standard 1: respecting patient rights, standard 2: acceptance when the patient is MRS, standard 3: observation of the patient's condition, standard 4: fulfillment of nutritional needs, standard 5: care on non-operative measures and standard administration, 6: care on operations and procedures invasive, standard 7: education to patients and families, and standard 8: giving care on an ongoing basis. The nurse service quality scale has a reliability coefficient rbt = 0.9593 clan coefficient validity moving between 0.9563 to 0.3120. In research this using a population sample of 66 nurses. Based on the results of the analysis using regression analysis and product moment, the result is that there is a very significant relationship Among job satisfaction with nurse service quality (rxy = 0, 795 with p= 0.000). The results of this study prove that the district hospital nurses. ABDYA have high job satisfaction and high quality of nursing services.en_US
