dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja terhadap promosi jabatan di PT. Kuala Jaya Samudera Kuala Tanjung Batu Bara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kombinasi yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang menggabungkan antara metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif untuk digunakan secara bersama-sama dalam kegiatan penelitian, sehingga memperoleh data yang komprehensif, valid, reliabel dan obyektif . Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pegawai di PT. Kuala Jaya Samudera Kuala Tanjung Batu Bara yang memiliki lama masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dalam bentuk wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak variabel kinerja signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan di PT. Kuala Jaya Samudera Kuala Tanjung Batu Bara. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja mrmliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel promosi jabatan di PT. Kuala Jaya Samudera Kuala Tanjung Batu Bara.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of performance on the promotion of employees at PT. Kuala Jaya Samudera in Kuala Tanjung Batu Bara. This methods used in this study is a combination of research, between the quantitative and methods qualitative to be used together in the study, until the data obtained comperehensive, valid, reliable and objective. The data quantitative carried out through the questionnaire given to employees in PT. Kuala Jaya Samudera that has the work of at least on one year. The data qualitative carried out through the interview and study documentation. The methods of analysis used in this research is descriptive method with used of regression linier simple. The result of this study showed that the simultaneous test performance variable significant on the promotion variable. And the result of partial test showed that performance variable have a positive influence and significant on the promotion variable in PT. Kuala Jaya Samudera in Kuala Tanjung Batu Baraen_US
