dc.description.abstract | Budaya kerja 5S merupakan metode kerja yang diciptakan oleh negara Jepang yang menerapkan pengaturan dan penataan lingkungan kerja. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perancangaan 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seisou, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke) pada PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo untuk mengamati permasalahan kondisi kerja sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Adapun obyek penelitiannya yaitu dilantai produksi PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo yang belum menerapkan 5S. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengamatan/observasi. Data yang didapat dari pengamatan/observasi langsung di lantai produksi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan instrumen daftar cocok (checklist). Hasil penelitian ini adalah perancangan budaya kerja 5S serta layout peta tanggung jawab setiap departemen dengan menggunakan software microsoft visio 2016 dan pembuatan formulir prosedur 5S. The 5S work culture is a work method created by the Japanese state that implements the arrangement and arrangement of the work environment. One of the objectives of this research is to know the design of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seisou, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) at PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo to observe problems in working conditions so as to increase efficiency and work comfort. This study uses a descriptive research approach. The object of the research is the production floor of PT. Andalas Citra Elektrindo who have not implemented 5S. The data collection technique was carried out using observational techniques. Data obtained from direct observation/observation on the production floor. The instrument used is a checklist instrument. The results of this study are the design of a 5S work culture and the layout of the responsibility map of each department using Microsoft Visio 2016 software and making 5S procedure forms. | en_US |
