dc.description.abstract | Pekerjaan yang ergonomis merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari postur kerja, fasilitas, kondisi lingkungan, dan metode. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan manual dengan gerakan yang monoton dan berulang-ulang dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat menimbulkan kelelahan dan keluhan-keluhan muskuloskeletal. Kegiatan mencanting di Desa Pematang Johar, Sumataera Utara masih dilakukan secara manual. Dalam proses mencanting batik sawah membutuhkan waktu pengerjaan 1-5 dengan waktu kerja 7 jam per hari. Dengan waktu mencanting yang lama dengan posisi kerja yang duduk di lantai tanpa menggunakan kursi, meja atau pun fasilitas membuat kegiatan mencanting menjadi tidak ergonomis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis RULA postur kerja sebelum dilakukan perancangan menghasilkan skor 7 yang termasuk kedalam action level 4 dan memerlukan perbaikan segera. Serta keluhan muskuloskeletal yang dirasakan seperti; 100% sakit pinggang, 100% sakit pantat, 100% sakit punggung, 100% sakit bahu, 80 % sakit lengan, dan pergelangan tangan karena posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis serta mata perih karena pencahayaan yang kurang baik. Metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil rancangan meja canting yang efektif, nyaman, aman, sehat dan efesien (ENASE) bagi pekerja. Perancangan meja canting menggunakan antropometri pekerja sebagai dimensi ukuran meja canting dengan data panjang meja sebesar 51 cm (lebar bahu), lebar 78 cm (jangkauan tangan kedepan), tinggi 27 cm (tinggi siku duduk), dan tinggi lampu dari meja 78 cm (jangkauan tangan keatas). Berdasarkan hasil implementasi perbandingan analisis postur kerja RULA pada postur kerja pencantingan batik sawah sebelum dan sesudah perancangan adanya perubahan yakni penurunan skor RULA dari 7 (action level 4) menjadi 4 (action level 2). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan meja canting membuat postur kerja pencantingan batik sawah menjadi nyaman dan aman bagi bekerja. Ergonomic work is a factor that affects performance employees, this can be seen from the work posture, facilities, environmental conditions, and method. Work done manually with monotonous movements and repeatedly over a long period of time can cause fatigue and musculoskeletal complaints. Canting activities in Pematang Village Johar, North Sumatra is still done manually. In the process of posting Rice field batik takes 1-5 working hours with a working time of 7 hours per day day. With a long hooking time with a sitting position floor without using chairs, tables or facilities to make activities canting is not ergonomic. This can be seen from the results of the analysis RULA working posture before the design was carried out resulted in a score of 7 which belongs to action level 4 and needs immediate repair. As well as complaints musculoskeletal felt like; 100% back pain, 100% butt pain, 100% back pain, 100% shoulder pain, 80% arm and wrist pain hands due to non-ergonomic working positions and sore eyes due to poor lighting. Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) Method used to get the results of an effective canting table design, comfortable, safe, healthy and efficient (ENASE) for workers. table design canting uses worker anthropometry as the dimensions of the canting table size with table length data of 51 cm (shoulder width), 78 cm width (reach hands forward), height 27 cm (height of the elbow sitting), and the height of the lamp from the table is 78 cm (hand reach up). Based on the results of the comparison implementation RULA work posture analysis on the work posture of paddy batik cutting before and after the design there was a change, namely a decrease in the RULA score from 7 (action level 4) becomes 4 (action level 2). This result shows that the design of the canting table makes the work posture of batik paddy be comfortable and safe for work. | en_US |
