dc.description.abstract | Perusahaan konstruksi mempunyai tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang optimal dari suatu pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek konstruksi. Pengelolaan manajemen yang baik dianggap penting terutama terkait anggaran biaya, sehingga perlu dibuat perencanaan anggaran biaya proyek yang efisien serta bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Ada beberapa metode perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya diantaranya metode SNI 2008, metode AHSP 2016 dan metode Estimasi Kontraktor (Lapangan).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode mana yang paling ekonomis sehingga bisa dijadikan pedoman perencanaan anggaran biaya proyek konstruksi yang ekonomis serta dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Dari hasil perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya pada proyek pembangunan Penyediaan Air Baku Tarabintang Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan dengan ketiga metode diperoleh hasil yaitu metode Estimasi Kontraktor (Lapangan) yang paling ekonomis sebesar Rp.2.404.998.748,58, kemudian diikuti oleh metode SNI 2008 Rp.2.660.297.925,82,dan metode AHSP 2016 sebesar Rp.2.872.373.626,43. Selisih nilai presentase yang didapat yaitu metode Estimasi Kontraktor (Lapangan) lebih rendah -10,61% dari metode SNI 2008,dan -19,43% dari metode AHSP 2016. Construction companies have a goal to obtain optimal benefits from an implementation of construction project development. Good management is considered important, especially related to the budget, so it is necessary to plan an efficient and accountable project budget. There are several methods of calculating the budget plan including the SNI 2008 method, the 2016 AHSP method and the Contractor Estimation (Field) method. The purpose of this research is to find out which method is the most economical so that it can be used as a guideline for planning an economical and accountable construction project budget. From the results of the calculation of the budget plan for the Tarabintang Raw Water Supply development project, Humbang Hasundutan Regency with the three methods, the results are the most economical, Contractor Estimation (Field) method of Rp. 2.404.998.748.58, then followed by the 2008 SNI method of Rp.2,660,297,925.82, and the 2016 AHSP method of Rp.2,872,373,626.43. The difference in the percentage value obtained is the Contractor Estimation (Field) method which is - 10.61% lower than the 2008 SNI method and -19,43% from the 2016 AHSP method. | en_US |
