The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between work-life balance and subjective well-being with burnout of UMA’s Master of Psychology students. The approach of this study was correlational quantitative method. The population of this study were 254 UMA’s Master of Psychology students, 77 students who are not yet graduated were chosen with incidental sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study used three scales, which are Burnout Scale, Work-life balance Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale. Data were analyzed with Simple and Multiple Regression Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant negative relationship between work-life balancewith burnout, where coefficient rx1y = -0.685 and p = 0,000, contribution of 46,9%. Thus first hypotesis is accepted (2) there is a significant negative relationship between subjective wellbeing with burnout, where the coefficient rx2y = -0.704 and p = 0,000, with a contribution of 49,5%. Thus second hypothesis is accepted. (3) there is a significant negative relationship between work-life balance and subjective well-being with burnout, where the coefficient rx12y = -0.778 and p = 0,000 with contribution of 59,4%. thus third hypothese is accepted. (4) Studens’s gender, age, job status, marital status, number of kids and pandemic situation are not related with students’ burnout; only pandemic situation is related with students’ work-life balance; only students’ age, marital status and number of children are related to students’ subjective well-being.
