dc.description.abstract | Pengendalian kualitas produk merupakan usaha untuk mengurangi produk yang cacat dari yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Tanpa adanya pengendalian kualitas produk akan menimbulkan kerugian besar bagi perusahaan, karena penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang tidak diketahui sehingga perbaikan tidak bisa dilakukan dan akhirnya penyimpangan akan terjadi secara berkelanjutan. Kualitas produk memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam situasi pemasaran yang semakin bersaing, kualitas produk sangat mempengaruhi maju atau tidaknya perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan di CV. Bintang Terang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbaikan kualitas pada CV. Bintang Terang Percut Sei Tuan dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma. Berdasarkan data dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak CV. Bintang Terang Percut Sei Tuan, didapat informasi yang menunjukkan produk cacat selama 6 bulan terakhir di tahun 2020. Berdasarkan hasil pengendalian kualiras periuk Standar mutu kualitas produk Periuk adalah Ingot Super, Ingot Standar dan Ingot kotor . Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh pada tahap define, CTQ yang menjadi potensial produk periuk adalah Igot Super yang kurang dari 3,5%, Ingot Standar yang kurang dari 0,15 % dan Ingot kotor yang kurang dari 0,02%. Pada tahap measure diperoleh hasil rata-rata nilai sigma adalah 2.59. dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah produksi dan juga pemakaian mesin yang non stop menyebabkan mesin terlalu panas dan tidak dilakukan perawatan secara berkala berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah produk cacat. Product quality control is an attempt to reduce defective products from being produced by the company. Without product quality control, big losses occurred for the company due to the unknown deviations that improvements cannot be made, and eventually, deviations will occur sustainably. Product quality has a very important role in an increasingly competitive marketing situation; product quality greatly affects the progress or failure of the company. The research was conducted at CV. Bintang Terang aimed to find out how to improve the quality of CV. Bintang Terang Percut Sei Tuan using the Six Sigma method. Based on the data and interviews conducted by the CV. Bintang Terang Percut Sei Tuan, information was obtained that defective products was for the last 6 months in 2020. Based on the control results of the cooking pots' quality, their quality standards were Super Ingots, Standard Ingots, and Gross Ingots. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained at the define stage, the CTQ that became potential for cooking pot products were Super Ingots which were less than 3.5%, Standard Ingots which were less than 0.15%, and Gross Ingots which were less than 0.02%. At the measuring stage, the average sigma value was 2.59. It could be concluded that the amount of production and also the non-stop use of the machine caused the machine to overheat and being not carried out regular maintenance had a significant effect on the number of defective products. | en_US |
