Pengaruh Leverage dan Kepemilikan Saham Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Sektor Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015 - 2018

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, kepemilikan saham terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan terbuka sub sektor property, real estate and building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan terbuka sub sektor property, real estate and building construction yaitu sebanyak 94 perusahaan, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria, maka diperoleh 22 perusahaan sub sektor property, real estate and building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018 yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan sumber data adalah sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah leverage, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusi, sementara struktur modal sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, secara parsial variabel kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, share ownership on the capital structure of publicly listed companies in the property, real estate and building construction sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is causal associative. The population in this study is a public listed company in the property, real estate and building construction sub-sector as many as 94 companies, using a purposive sampling technique that was selected based on the criteria, so 22 companies in the property, real estate and building construction sub-sector were registered in this study. The Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period was the research sample. The type of data used is quantitative data with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 software. The independent variables used in this study are leverage, managerial ownership and institutional ownership, while capital structure as dependent variable. The results showed that partially, the leverage variable had a significant effect on the capital structure, partially the managerial ownership variable had no significant effect on the capital structure, and the institutional ownership variable had no significant effect on the capital structure.
