dc.description.abstract | Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM) merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang paling besa rdi kota Medan yang terletak di kelurahan Mabar,Kecamatan Medan Deli yang mempunyai luas sekitar 514 hektar. Terdapat lebih dari 100 perusahaan dan Pabrik di KIM, yang sebagian besar merupakan perusaaan dalam negeri atau luar negeri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan perkerasan kaku dengan Metode Bina Marga 2002 dan Metode Aashto 1993 dan bagaimana perbandingan perencanaan perkerasan kaku dengan Metode Bina Marga 2002 dan Metode AASHTO 1993. Data perencanaan dikumpulkan berdasarkan dinas terkait dan survey langsung kelapangan. Hasil penelitian pada studi kasus Jalan Pulau Sapura 1 KIM 4 Medan dengan metode Bina Marga 2002 didapat tebal pelat beton 21 cm,sedangkan dengan metode AASHTO1993 didapat tebal pelat beton 23 cm. Selisih tebal pelat beton dari kedua metode tidak jauh berbeda. Hasil analisis perencanaan perkerasan kaku yang berbeda dikarenakan adanya peredaan parameter perencanaan. Berdasarkan tebal perkerasan diatas menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2002 dari segi biaya lebih ekonomis dibandingkan menggunakan metode AASHTO1993 apabila mutu beton dan parameter yang digunakan sama. Medan Industrial Estate (KIM) is one of the industrial sectors located in the Mabar village, Medan Deli district which has an area of about 514 hectares. There are more than 100 companies and factories in KIM, most of which are domestic or foreign companies. The purpose of this research is to find out how rigid pavement is planned using the 2002 Bina Marga Method and 1993 Aashto Method and how to compare the rigid pavement planning with the 2002 Bina Marga Method and 1993 AASHTO Method. Planning data were collected based on the relevant agencies and direct field surveys. The results of the research on the case study of Jalan Pulau Sapura 1 KIM 4 Medan using the 2002 Bina Marga method obtained a 21 cm thick concrete slab, while the AASHTO1993 method obtained a 23 cm thick concrete slab. The difference in the thickness of the concrete slab from the two methods is not much different. The results of the analysis of the different rigid pavement plans are due to the design relief parameters. Based on the pavement above, the use of the 2002 Bina Marga method in terms of cost is more economical than using the AASHTO1993 method if the quality of the concrete and the parameters used are the same. | en_US |
