Pengaruh PendapatanAsli Daerah Terhadap Belaja Modal Pada Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income on Capital Expenditure of the Dinas Bina Marga and Bina Konstruksi of North Sumatra Province in 2017-2019. Analysis model used inthis study is a simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R Square) and t test. Calculations using Software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Based on estimation obtained by the constant value of the regression coefficient 1,503 regional revenue amounted to 0,038, while the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 79,8 percent. This means that 79,8 percent of the capital expenditure at the Highways and Construction Services Office of North Sumatra Province is influenced by local revenue and the remaining 20,2 percent is explained by other variables outside of this research model. The results of the t test show that for the capital expenditure variable, the value of t count > t table is (11,588 > 2,028). This means that the regional original income variable has a positive and significant effect on the capital expenditure of the Highways and Construction Services Office of North Sumatra Province in 2017-2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Belanja Modal Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2017-2019. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinansi (R Square) dan uji t. Perhitungannya menggunakan Software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil estimasi diperoleh nilai konstanta sebesar 1,503 koefisien regresi pendapatan asli daerah sebesar 0,038 sedangkan koefisien determinansi (R Square) sebesar 79,8 persen. Artinya bahwa belanja modal pada Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Kostruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebesar 79,8 persen dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan asli daerah dan sisanya sebesar 20,2 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel belanja modal diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu (11,588 > 2,028). Artinya variabel pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Kostruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2017-2019.
