dc.description.abstract | Kemasan keripik ubi ungu di UKM bu Anum menggunakan bahan plastik bening polos, tidak mempunyai logo UKM, penutup kemasan menggunakan lilin, warna kemasan bening, informasi kemasan logo halal, komposisi, dan merek dagang. Kemasan tersebut dinilai tidak menarik dan mempunyai kualiats tidak baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengahasilkan rancangan kemasan yang inovatif sehingga dapat memberi solusi untuk perbaikan kemasan keripik ubi ungu. (2) mengetahui keinginan konsumen terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemasan keripik ubi ungu. Theory Of Iventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) merupakan metode penyelesaian masalah secara terstruktur yang mampu membangkitkan ide - ide baru, dengan cara mengeliminir kontradiksi dan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip inovatif yang nantinya akan menghasilkan sebuah solusi yang kreatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode lemeshow karena populasi yang tidak diketahui, hasil dari metode tersebut jumlah responden 96,04 dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode TRIZ, hasil pengolahan data berupa perhitungan dianalisa, dilakukan pemecahan masalah, lalu diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil penelitian dari rancangan kemasan adalah bahan kemasan paper foil, warna kemasan ungu, logo kemasan gambar ubi kartun, dimensi kemasan 14x23 cm, ukuran kemsan 250 gr, bentuk kemasan standing pouch, informasi kemasan: tanggal produksi, netto, nama PT, logo halal, kompoisi, nilai gizi, penutup kemasan zip lock. faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan konsumen warna kemasan, bahan kemasan, bentuk & ukuran kemasan, informasi kemasan, logo kemasan. The purple sweet potato chips packaging at UKM (Small-Medium Business) Bu Anum used plain clear plastic material, no UKM logo, the wax using packaging cover, clear packaging color, packaging information of the halal logo, composition, and trademark. The packaging was considered unattractive and had poor quality. The study aimed: (1) to produce innovative packagings design so that it could provide solutions for improving the purple sweet potato chips packaging, (2) to find out consumer expectations for the factors that affected the purple sweet potato chips packaging. Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is a structured problem-solving method that can generate new ideas, by eliminating contradictions and using innovative principles that will later produce a creative solution. Sampling used the Lemeshow method because the population was unknown; the result of the method was 96.04 respondents rounded up to 100 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the TRIZ method, the results of data processing in calculations form were analyzed, problem-solving was carried out, and then recommendations for improvement were given. The results of the research from the packaging design were paper foil packaging material, purple packaging color, cartoon sweet potato packaging logo, packaging dimensions of 14x23 cm, packaging size of 250 gr, standing pouch packaging form, packaging information: production date, Netto, Company name, halal logo, composition, nutritional value, zip-lock packaging cover. Factors that influence consumer expectations were packaging color, packaging material, packaging shape & size, packaging information, packaging logo. | en_US |
