dc.description.abstract | CV. Fawas Jaya adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri makanan berupa kue kering, bolu, keripik, manisan, dan kacang-kacangan. Dimana CV. Fawas Jaya yang sudah berdiri relatif lama di pasaran ini belum memiliki bauran pemasaran yang tepat sehingga menyebabkan tingkat penjualan yang belum maksimal, serta kurangnya wawasan masyarakat terhadap produkproduk yang dihasilkan oleh CV. Fawas Jaya ini. Selain itu, faktor keadaan saat ini sedang berlangsung pandemi covid-19 dimana pandemi ini mengakibatkan krisis perekonomian serta ketatnya persaingan dibidang industri yang sejenis, sehingga menuntut pihak perusahaan untuk dapat menentukan serta merencanakan bauran pemasaran yang tepat bagi perusahaan. Salah satu bauran pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan untuk pemasaran roti yang diproduksi CV. Fawas Jaya ini adalah menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Data berasal dari hasil kuisioner 30 responden yang merupakan konsumen/pelanggan tetap dari CV Fawas Jaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh pada metode TOPSIS dihasilkan jarak altternatif pada solusi ideal dengan simbol (V) yang kemudian dilakukan perankingan. Nilai prefensi (V) terbesar adalah ranking tertinggi dari 8 alternatif yang digunakan. Dilihat dari nilai prevensi dan persentasi tertinggi, hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan alternatif terbaik sebagai bauran pemasaran di CV. Fawas Jaya yaitu alternatif 7 memperbanyak promosi agar konsumen lebih mengenal produk yang di jual atau yang dipasarkan, dengan nilai prevensi (V) sebesar 0,7096 dan ranking 1 (18.97%) CV. Fawas Jaya is one of the companies engaged in the industry food in the form of pastries, sponge, chips, sweets, and nuts. Where is CV. Fawas Jaya, which has been around for a long time in this market, hasn't have the right marketing mix so as to cause the level of sales which has not been maximized, as well as the lack of public insight into the products generated by CV. Fawas Jaya. In addition, the current state factor there is currently a covid-19 pandemic where this pandemic causes economic crisis and intense competition in similar industries, thus requiring the company to be able to determine and plan the right marketing mix for the company. One of the marketing mixes that can be done for the marketing of bread produced by CV. Fawas Jaya is using TOPSIS method. Data comes from the results of a questionnaire 30 respondents who is a regular consumer/customer of CV Fawas Jaya. Based on the results obtained in the TOPSIS method produced alternative distances at ideal solution with the symbol (V) which is then ranked. Score the largest preference (V) is the highest ranking of the 8 alternatives used. Judging from the prevention value and the highest percentage, the results of this study produce the best alternative as the marketing mix in CV. Fawas Jaya namely alternative 7 to increase promotions so that consumers are more familiar with the product sold or marketed, with a prevention value (V) of 0.7096 and 1st rank (18.97%) | en_US |
