dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan bersamaan kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang satu. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kesadaran wajib pajak dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan bersamaan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang satu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan teknik analisis Linear Berganda Regresi, uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji parsial dan uji simultan dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 24.0 untuk windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa secara bersama-sama (multiple) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kesadaran wajib pajak dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang satu. This research aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness and service quality on the personal taxplayer compliance in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang satu. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of taxpayer awareness and service quality on the personal taxplayer compliance in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang satu. Technics of analysis used analysis techniques of Multiple Linear Regression, validity test and reliability as well as a partial test and simultaneous test with the help of a computer program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Based on the analysis results obtained that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of taxpayer awareness and work ethic on the service of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang satu. | en_US |
