Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Kepuasan Pelayanan Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area Pada Mahasiswa Di Tinjau Dari Jenis Kelamin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa Laki- Laki dan 50 Mahasiwa Perempuan pada Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area (UMA). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Bentuk skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert dengan koefisien reliabilitas Kepuasan Pelayanan menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach 0,962. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik kuota sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan T-test yang diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan kepuasan pelayanan fakultas psikologi universitas medan area pada mahasiswa di tinjau dari jenis kelamin sebesar = 14,098 dengan signifikan 0,000(P < 0,05), dimana kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa laki- laki dikategorikan Rendah (Mean Empirik 110,26 < Mean Hipotetik 125,0), dimana selisis kedua mean kurang dari (SD= 13,398), sedangkan kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa perempuan dikategorikan Tinggi ( Mean Empirik 162,38 < Mean Hipotetik 125,0), dimana selisis kedua mean kurang dari SD= 22,446). This study aims to determine the difference in service satisfaction of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area on students in terms of gender. The sample in this study was 100 students consisting of 50 male students and 50 female students at the psychology faculty of Medan Area University (UMA). The method used is a quantitative method. The form of the scale used is a Likert scale with a reliability coefficient of Service Satisfaction using the Cronbach alpha formula of 0.962. The sampling technique used is the quota sampling technique. The data analysis technique used T-test which was known that there was a difference in service satisfaction of the faculty of psychology at Medan Area University in terms of gender = 14,098 with a significant 0.000 (P < 0.05), where service satisfaction for male students was categorized as low ( Empirical Mean 110.26 < Hypothetical Mean 125.0), where both mean less than (SD = 13.398), while female student service satisfaction was categorized as High (Empirical Mean 162.38 < Hypothetical Mean 125.0), where both mean more than (SD = 22,446). |
