This study aims to look at the relationship between Workload and Work Stress in employees at PT. Berdikari Mitra Pratama Medan. Hypotheses proposed There is a positive relationship between workload and work stress in employees at PT. Berdikari Mitra Pratama Medan. The sample in this study amounted to 36 people as permanent employees. This research uses Quantitative method. Sample Takers use the total sampling technique, the number of samples 36 people. Sampling techniques and data use. two likert scales,.. The data collection method is the Workload scale and the StressWork scale. Data analysis using Product Moment analysis. it is known that there is a relationship between Workload and Work Stress behavior, where Rxy = 0.282 with a significant p = 0.009 < 0.050. This means that the higher the Workload, the higher the work stress behavior is accepted. then for workload variables, if the hypothetical mean/mean is 90 < the mean/empirical mean of 127.72, where the difference exceeds sd = 11,761, Furthermore, for The Work Stress variable, if the mean / hypothetical average value of 85 < mean / empiric average value of 121.19 , where the difference exceeds the number of SD = 17,887, then it is stated that work stress is classified as high. The determinant coefficient (R2) of the relationship between the free variable X and the Y- bound variable is R2 = 0.133. This indicates that Workload contributes or contributes to Work Stress by 13.3%. It can be said that the subject of this study is the Employees at PT. Berdikari Mitra Pratama Medan has a high work stress and has a high workload.
