dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh antara Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara parsial pada perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CSR. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan yang di ukur dengan ROA, ROS, dan NPM. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan & minuman (food and beverages) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2013-2015 yaitu sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan. Pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi) yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan tiga kali pengujian dikarenakan kinerja perusahaan di wakili oleh tiga rasio profitabilitas yaitu ROA, ROS, dan NPM, serta pengujian hipotesis (uji determinasi dan uji t). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi CSR terhadap ROA adalah sebesar 23,7%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi CSR terhadap ROS adalah sebesar 16,5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Sales (ROS). Dan hasil uji koefisien determinasi CSR terhadap NPM adalah sebesar 16,5% yang berarti secara parsial, variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh signifikan Net Profit Margin (NPM). This study aims to see the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the company's financial performance partially on food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variable used in this research is CSR. Dependent variable in this research is financial performance measured by ROA, ROS, and NPM. The population used in this research is food and beverages manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period of 2013-2015 as many as 17 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained in this research is 10 companies. The test used in this research is classical assumption test (normality, heteroskedastisitas, and autocorrelation) which then continued with simple linear regression analysis with three times test because company performance represented by three profitability ratios are ROA, ROS, and NPM, and hypothesis testing (test of determination and t test). The result of determination coefficient of CSR to ROA is 23,7%. The results of this study indicate that partially, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variables have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). The result of coefficient determination test of CSR to ROS is equal to 16,5%. The results of this study indicate that partially, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variables have a significant effect on Return On Sales (ROS). And the result of coefficient determination test of CSR to NPM is equal to 16,5% which mean partially, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variable significantly influence Net Profit Margin (NPM).en_US
