dc.description.abstract | Unit Kecil Menengah (UKM) Batik Sawah Pematang Johar merupakan industri yang memproduksi dua (2) jenis produk batik, diantaranya batik tulis dan cap dengan motif sawah yang menggambarkan ciri khas desa Pematang Johar yang diproduksi secara manual. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah perusahaan belum memaksimal strategi pada pemasaran batik. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan omset penjualan perusahaan tidak memenuhi target yang diinginkan. Oleh karena hal itu perusahaan diwajibkan melakukan perbaikan strategi pemasaran tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini, memilih kriteria dan alternatif terbaik dalam bauran pemasaran 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) serta memberikan usulan strategi pemasaran yang terbaik. Penilaian expert dipentingkan dalam penelitian, dikarenakan sebagai bukti pengumpulan data melalui matriks perbandingan berpasangan sehingga didapatkan bobot masing-masing kriteria dan alternatifnya. Hasil pengolahan data metode ANP pada perbandingan berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa kriteria terpilih yaitu kriteria place, memiliki nilai bobot tertinggi sebesar 59,80%. Artinya place merupakan kriteria pemasaran paling potensial untuk dikembangkan. Pemilihan alternatif kriteria yang terbaik adalah alternatif Mall, nilai bobot prioritas persentase tertinggi sebesar 37,15%. Artinya mall place dijadikan fokus utama sebagai usulan strategi pemasaran yang diunggulkan untuk dioperasikan di UKM Batik Pematang Johar, dan memicu volume penjualan semakin bertambah. The Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Batik Sawah Pematang Johar is an industry that produces two (2) types of batik products, including hand-drawn batik and stamps with a rice field motif depicting the characteristics of Pematang Johar village. The problem faced is that the company has not maximized its strategy on batik marketing. This condition causes the company's sales turnover to not meet the desired target. Therefore, the company is required to make improvements to its targeted marketing strategy. Choose the best of criteria in the marketing mix concept 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) is purpose study and determine the best alternative to be applied in the company using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method and provide the best marketing strategy proposal. ANP method data processing in pairwise comparisons showed that the selected criteria, namely the place criteria, had the highest weight value is 59.80%. This means that place is the most potential marketing criteria to be developed. The best selection alternative criteria is Mall, the highest priority weight value is 37.15%. This means mall places are used as the main focus as a proposed marketing strategy that is superior to be operated in UKM Batik Pematang Johar, and triggers an increasing sales volume. | en_US |
