dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan rancang bangun mesin pencacah atau alat pengupas kulit jengkol semi mekanis untuk memudahkan dalam pengupasan kulit jengkol, serta melakukan uji putaran motor terbaik dalam hasil cacahan kulit jengkol tersebut. Proses penelitian meliputi pembuatan alat dan melakukan uji fungsional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan 3 kali percobaan dengan variasi ukuran puli yang berbeda kemudian menguji alat yang telah dirancang untuk mengetahui kinerja alat tersebut. Dari hasil percobaan diameter puli motor 2 inci, diameter puli motor 4 inci dan diameter puli motor 6 inci maka didapatkan hasil cacahan kulit jengkol yang terbaik adalah dari diameter puli motor 6 inci dengan putaran motor sebesar 966,7 rpm. The purpose of this study was to design a semi-mechanical chopping machine or jengkol peeler to make it easier to peel the jengkol skin, as well as to test the best motor rotation in the chopped results of the jengkol skin. The research process includes making tools and performing functional tests. This research method uses an experimental method, with 3 experiments with different pulley size variations then testing the tool that has been designed to determine the performance of the tool. From the results of the experiment, the motor pulley diameter is 2 inches, the motor pulley diameter is 4 inches and the motor pulley diameter is 6 inches, then the best chopped Jengkol skin results are from the motor pulley diameter of 6 inches with a motor rotation of 966.7 rpm. | en_US |
