Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas (ROE), free cash flow dan likuiditas (CR) terhadap kebijakan dividen (DPR). Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampel yaitu sebanyak 8 perusahaan dari total keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 47 perusahaan perbankan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan Perusahaan Keuangan Sub Sektor Perbankan tahun 2010-2020 yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif, asumsu klasik, dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas (ROE), free cash flow dan likuiditas (CR) terhadap kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan. Secara parsial, profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, sementara free cash flow tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan likuiditas (CR) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability (ROE), free cash flow and liquidity (CR) on dividend policy (DPR). This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach, using purposive sampling in determining the sample as many as 8 companies from the total population of 47 banking companies. The type of data used is secondary data. The data source used is data derived from the 2010-2020 financial statements of the Banking Sub-Sector Financial Companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, and hypotheses using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously profitability (ROE), free cash flow and liquidity (CR) have a significant effect on dividend policy. Partially, profitability (ROE) has no significant effect on dividend policy, while free cash flow has no significant effect and liquidity (CR) partially has a significant effect on dividend policy. |
