Pengaruh Karakteristik Wirausaha Dan Pengalaman Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Travel Di Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha travel di kota Medan. Penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 186 sedangkan sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 65 pelaku usaha travel. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan metode skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha travel di kota Medan. Pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha di Medan Kota. This study aims to determine the experience has a positive and significant impact on the success of the travel business in the city of Medan. This study used an associative approach. The population in the study was 186 while the sample in the study was 65 travel business actors. This study was compiled based on the likert scale method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results obtained that entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the success of travel businesses in Medan City. Experience has a positive and significant impact on business success in Medan Kota. Entrepreneurial characteristics and experience have a positive and significant impact on the success of the travel business in Medan City.
