Pengaruh Kepribadian Dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa Sma Al-Fityan School Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang “Pengaruh Kepribadian dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Bewirausaha Siswa SMA Al-Fityan School Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang membahas tentang hubungan antara dua variabel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kusioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan sampling random sampling yang menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah 61 orang siswa/siswi yang berada di SMA Al-Fityan School Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa; 1.) Secara parsial variabel Kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Bewirausaha Siswa SMA Al-Fityan School Medan. 2.) Secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa SMA Al-Fityan School Medan. 3.) Secara simultan variabel Kepribadian dan Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Bewirausaha Siswa SMA Al-Fityan School Medan. This study aims to find out about "The Influence of Personality and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interests in High School Students Al-Fityan School Medan". This type of research is associative research, namely research that discusses the relationship between two variables. The method of data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. The technique used in this study uses probability sampling with random sampling using the slovin formula so that the sample used is 61 students who are in SMA Al-Fityan School Medan. results Based on the research it can be seen that; 1.) Partially, personality has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest of High School Students Al-Fityan School Medan. 2.) Partially, the Family Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest of Al-Fityan School Medan Students. 3.) Personality and Family Environment variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest of Al-Fityan School Medan High School Students.
