Peran Dan Manfaat Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dan Akuntansi Barang Milik Negara Terhadap Pengelolaan Aset Negara Pada Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Bea Dan Cukai Sumatera Utara

Abstract

SIMAK BMN merupakan Sistem Informasi penting diterapkan dalam Kantor Wilayah Ditjen Bea dan Cukai Sumatera Utara dengan tujuan utama untuk menangani administrasi belanja pemerintah, terutama meliputi aset milik negara, sesuai dengan prosedur standar estimasi nilai dan prosedur transaksi yang tepat. Hal ini dirasakan bahwa pendekatan kontemporer mengandalkan praktik-praktik terbaik sehingga manfaat yang optimal dapat dicapai. Metode penelitian berupa studi kasus yang ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menemukan ada beberapa peran penting bagi aplikasi SIMAK BMN ini dalam mengelola aset yaitu dari aspek teknis, operasi dan perilaku ekonomis Hasil Penelitian mengungkapkan, bahwa pelaksanaan dan pemanfaatan Aplikasi SIMAK BMN memberikan kontribusi positif bagi Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara bagi organisasi. SIMAK BMN is an important Information System implemented in the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of North Sumatra with the main objective of handling the administration of government spending, especially covering state-owned assets, in accordance with standard value estimation procedures and appropriate transaction procedures. It is felt that contemporary approaches rely on best practices so that optimal benefits can be achieved. The research method is a case study that uses descriptive research methods. Data which applied with primary and secondary data, with technique in data collecting by documentation and interview. The research found some important roles of applications SIMAKBMN is in managing assets, from the technical aspects, the operation and behavior of economi. The research reveals, that the implementation and utilization of SIMAK BMN provides positive contribution to management of state property for the organization
