dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan berwirausaha dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha makanan dan minuman Jello.Id di masa pandemi covid-19.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 94 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan uji analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berwirausaha secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, dan kepemimpinan berwirausaha dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha Makanan dan Minuman Jello.Id Dimasa Pandemi Covid 19. This study aims to determine whether entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge have an influence on the success of the jello.id food and beverage business during the covid-19 pandemic. This study used a sample of 94 respondents, using the accidental sampling technique as a sampling technique. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis test, the results showed that entrepreneurial leadership had a positive and significant effect on business success, entrepreneurial knowledge partially had a positive and significant effect on business success, and entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on success. Food and Beverage business Jello.Id During the Covid 19 Pandemic. And based on the coefficient of determination test stated that entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge had an effect of 58.8% on businesssuccess.en_US
