Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial langsung, kompensasi finansial tidak langsung, dan kompensasi non finansial baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Belmera Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Belmera Medan. Penarikan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan teknik kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikoleniearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi dengan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi finansial langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kompensasi finansial tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan diketahui bahwa kompensasi finansial langsung, kompensasi finansial tidak langsung, dan kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Belmera Medan. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi finansial langsung, kompensasi finansial tidak langsung dan kompensasi non finansial sebesar 54,3%. This study aims to determine the effect of direct financial compensation, indirect financial compensation, and non-financial compensation either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch. This type of research is associative, the population in this study are all employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch. Sampling using probability sampling with a sample of 50 people. The type of data used in this study is a quantitative type. The data source used is the primary data source. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination with SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially financial compensation has a direct effect positive and significant impact on employee performance. indirect financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Non financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously it is known that direct financial compensation, indirect financial compensation, and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch. Employee performance is influenced by direct financial compensation, indirect financial compensation and non-financial compensation by 54.3%.
