Pengaruh Pengungkapan Enterprise Risk Management dan Intellectual Capital terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Indeks Lq 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2020

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh enterprise risk management dan intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian assosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan dan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan LQ45 yang konsisten terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa enterprise risk management memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan indeks LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2017-2020. Intellectual capital memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan indeks LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2017-2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of enterprise risk management and intellectual capital on firm value. This study is a causal associative research using secondary data in the form of company annual reports and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, the population in this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). While the sample in this study uses LQ45 companies that are consistently listed on the IDX in 2017-2020. The results of this study indicate that enterprise risk management has a significant positive effect on the value of the LQ 45 index company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2020 period. Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on the value of the LQ 45 index company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2020 period.
