Analisis Produktivitas Ukm Batik Sawah Pematang Johar Dengan The American Productivity Centre Methods

Abstract

Pengukuran produktivitas bisa diketahui dengan melihat perbandingan antara Output yang dihasilkan dengan input yang dibutuhkan. Pada tabel 1.1. data hasil produksi dengan biaya produksi UKM Batik Sawah Pematang Johar dari bulan Juni-Desember 2019, pada bulan Agustus, Oktober dan November merupakan hasil produksi terkecil, tetapi biaya produksinya besar. Sedangkan pada bulan Juli dan September hasil produksinya lebih tinggi dan biaya produksinya lebih rendah. Biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan lebih besar dari produk batik yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas, indeks profitabilitas dan indeks perbaikan harga yang berdasar pada penggunaan sumber daya tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi dan modal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode The American Productivity Centre Methods (APC). Metode APC merupakan metode pengukuran produktivitas yang berhubungan dengan produktivitas, profitabilitas dan perbaikan harga. Berdasarkan pengukurn yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan hasil perhitungan bahwa indeks produktivitas pada pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan sebesar 5,10% dan 2021 mengalami penurunan sebesar 10,83%. Pada tingkat profitabilitas juga mengalami penurunan, pada tahun 2020 menurun sebsar 1% dan pada tahun 2021 menurun sebesar 3,8 %. Pada indeks perbaikan harga mengalami kenaikan stiap tahunnya, pada tahun 2020 sebesar 1,04 % dan 2021 naik sebesar 1,16 %. Sehingga diberi suatu usulan perbaikan pada kelima faktor tersebut dengan Analysis 5W+1H dimana penyebab penurunannya didapatkan dari Fishbone Diagram yang dijelaskan secara rinci Productivity measurement can be known by looking at the comparison between Output produced with the required inputs. The APC method is a productivity measurement method related to productivity, profitability and price improvement. Based on measurements that have been carried out, the calculation results obtained that the index productivity in 2020 decreased by 5.10% and 2021 decreased by 10.83%. At the level of profitability also experienced decrease, in 2020 decreased by 1% and in 2021 decreased by 3.8%. The price improvement index has increased every year, in 2020 by 1.04% and in 2021 it will increase by 1.16%.
