Analisis Pengukuran Produktivitas Dengan Menggunakan Metode American Productivity Center (APC) Pada UMKM Rumah Briket

Abstract

Produktivitas sangat penting bagi perusahaan dalam persaingan bisnis yang sangat ketat. Produktivitas berkaitan dengan efektivitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatan sumber daya (input) dalam memproduksi output. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh peneliti dari perusahaan, produksi yang dihasilkan pada produksi pada bulan Januari, Maret, Juni, Juli dan Oktober mengalami fluktuatif berdasarkan target produksi yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah American Productivity Center (APC). Untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas, profitabilitas dan faktor perbaikan harga UMKM Rumah Briket dengan optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi dan modal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas, profitabilitas dan faktor perbaikan harga UMKM Rumah Briket dan Memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Hasil dari pengukuran produktivitas pada UMKM Rumah Briket memperlihatkan adanya penurunan produktivitas pada tahun 2020 Sebesar 14,87% dan pada tahun 2021 turun sebesar 11,79%. Pada tingkat profitabilitas juga mengalami penurunan, berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan bahwa penurunan produktivitas dikuti oleh penurunan profitabilitas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan sebesar 15%, dan tahun 2021 juga mengalami penurunan sebesar 15,02%. Indeks perbaikan harga mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya yaitu pada tahun 2020 1%, dan pada tahun 2021 sebesar 0.96%. Sehingga diberi usulan perbaikan dari kelima faktor tersebut dengan Analysis 5W+ IH dimana penyebab penurunannya didapatkan dari Fishbone Diagram yang dijelaskan secara detail. To determine the level of productivity, profitability and price improvement factors for UMKM Briquette Houses by optimizing the use of labor resources, raw materials, energy and capital. The aim of the study was to determine the level of productivity, profitability and price improvement factors for UMKM Briquette Houses and to provide suggestions for improvements to increase productivity. The results of productivity measurements at the Briquette House MSMEs show a decrease in productivity in 2020 of 14.87% and in 2021 it will decrease by 11.79%. At the level of profitability also decreased, based on calculations that have been done that the decrease in productivity was followed by a decrease in profitability. This can be seen from the fact that in 2020 there was a decrease of 15%, and in 2021 there was also a decrease of 15.02%. The price improvement index has increased every year, namely in 2020 1%, and in 2021 by 0.96%. So that a proposed improvement of the five factors is given with a 5W + IH Analysis where the cause of the decrease is obtained from the Fishbone Diagram which is explained in detail.
