dc.description.abstractKoperasi Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayan merupakan sebuah perusahaan industri yang hasil produk utama berupa bij kopi arabika. Luas area pabrik Koperasi Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayan ini adalah 15.000 M2. Permasalahan yang di hadapai perusahaan ini adalah pada aliran material yang menyebabkan produksi kopi belum maksimal. Tata letak fasiltas di Koperasi Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayan ini dalam penentuan kebutuhan ruangan tidak memperhatikan aliran proses produksi, terdapat lintasan yang bersimpangan, dan penempatan setiap departemen hanya sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang tata letak fasilitas pabrik dengan menggunakan metode Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP). Berdasarkan perhitungan yang di lakukan dengan menganalisis tingkat hubungan menggunakan Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) dan selanjutnya melakukan perhitungan dengan Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Serta melakukan perhitungan menggunakan aplikasi CORELAP 1.0 dan didapatkan hasil layout terbaik. Dari hasil perancangan layout usulan dengan menggunakan metode Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) mampu untuk meminimalisasikan jarak dan waktu antar departemen. Dengan total jarak aktual sebesar 880 m dan jarak usulan sebesar 470 m maka presentasi jarak perpindahan jarak yang di dapatkan sebesar 87,2% maka dapat dilihat bahwa layout usulan memiliki nilai efisiensi di atas 75% yang mampu meminimalisasi jarak antar departemen. Dan dari hasil rancangan final layout yang telah dilakukan terlihat penurunan waktu produksi sebanyak 51 menit dari layout awal selama 121 menit menjadi 70 menit pada final layout. Baitul Qiradh Cooperative (KBQ) Baburrayan is an industrial company with Arabica coffee beans as the main product. The factory area of the Baitul Qiradh Cooperative (KBQ) Baburrayan is 15,000 M². The problem faced by this company was the material flow which made coffee production was not to be optimal. The facilities layout at the Baburrayan Baitul Qiradh Cooperative (KBQ) in determining the room requirements did not pay attention to the production process; there were intersection and the placement of each department when needed. This study aimed to redesign the layout of factory facilities using the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) method. Based on the calculations carried out by analyzing the level of the relationship using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), then calculating the Total Closeness Rating (TCR), and performing calculations using the CORELAP 1.0 application, it obtained the best layout results. From the results of the proposed layout design using the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) method, it could minimize the distance and time between departments. With a total actual distance of 880 m and a proposed distance of 470 m, the presentation distance of the displacement distance obtained was 87.2%. So the proposed layout had an efficiency value above 75% which could minimize the distance between departments. From the results of the final layout design that the production time decreased by 51 minutes from the initial layout for 121 minutes to 70 minutes inthe final layout.en_US
