Abstract: | UMKM iUD. Andika adalah suatu pengrajin mebel yang berlokasi di Desa Sidotani, Kecamatan Bandar, Kabupaten Simalungun. UMKM ini beroperasi dibidang industri mebel dengan produk mebel pintu, ijendela, ilemari, ikursi idan ilain-lain. iPengrajin imebel iharus imengatur istrategi ipemasaran iyang idianggap itepat iuntuk imenghadapi ipersaingan idi ipasar iserta iharus imampu imenganalisa idan imengantisipasi iperubahan ilingkungan, ibaik isecara internal maupun ieksternal. iPenelitian ibertujuan iuntuk imengidentifikasi ifaktor-faktor iinternal idan ieksternal iberupa ikekuatan, ikelemahan, ipeluang, idan iancaman iyang iterdapat ipada iUMKM iUD. iAndika. iPenggunaan imetode iSWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) idan iQSPM i(Quantitative iStrategic iPlanning iMatrix) iuntuk imenentukan istrategi iperusahaan iyang itepat idalam imengidentifikasi iarea ioptimal isangat ipenting ibagi iperkembangan istrategi iperusahaan iselanjutnya. iHasil ipenelitian imenunjukan ibahwa ianalisis iSWOT imendapatkan i8 istrategi ipemasaran iyaitu imemelihara ikualitas, ilebih iaktif idalam iberteknologi, imeningkatkan ikemampuan imenejemen, imempertahankan icitra iatau iimage, imelakukan ipenambahan ijumlah ikaryawan, imempertahankan ikeunggulan, imelakukan isystem ipemasaran idigital, imengikuti itren idalam idisain idan iinovasi. iSedangkan ipada ianalisis iQSPM, istrategi iyang idiutamakan iyaitu imelakukam isistem ipamasaran idigital iagar dapat bersaing dengan pesaing baru.
