dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan penganggaran fleksibel, kepatuhan pengendalian intern dan kompleksitas tugas, terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart Sun Plaza Medan). Jenis pada penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Sampel berjumlah 150 orang karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik pengumpulan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pelaksanaan Penganggaran Fleksibel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepatuhan Pengendalian Intern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Kompleksitas Tugas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. Dilihat dari uji Koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,186 yang artinya Variabel Pelaksanaan Penganggaran Fleksibel, Kepatuhan Pengendalian Intern dan Kompleksitas Tugas, memiliki pengaruh sebesar 19% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing flexible budgeting, internal control compliance and task complexity, on employee performance at PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. The type in this research is associative. The sample is 150 employees who work at PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire collection technique. The results showed that partially the implementation of flexible budgeting had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Internal control compliance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and task complexity has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan. Judging from the coefficient of determination test the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.186, which means that the variables of flexible budgeting implementation, internal control compliance and task complexity, have an influence of 19% on employee performance at PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart) Sun Plaza Medan.en_US
