Analisis Realiasasi Anggaran untuk Menilai Efektifitas dan Efisiensi Kinerja pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pada Kantor menganalisis kinerja Dinas Perdagangan Kota Medan 2017-2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari untuk pada Kantor menganalisis kinerja Dinas Perdagangan Kota Medan periode tahun anggaran 2017-2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis rasio efektifitas dan efisiensi untuk menilai kinerja pemerintah untuk pada Kantor menganalisis kinerja Dinas Perdagangan Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kriteria efektivitas anggaran belanja Kantor Dinas Perdagangan Kota Medan. tahun 2017-2019 sangat bervariasi dapat dikatakan sangat efektif, yaitu dengan memiliki hasil rata-rata di atas 90%, sedangkan perkembangan tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan Belanja Kantor Dinas Perdagangan Kota Medan.dapat dikatakan masih efisien dengan menunjukkan hasil rata-rata 90%-100% dan 80%-90%. Meskipun demikian, kestabilan nilai efisiensi menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi yang cukup baik dengan adanya kecenderungan pemborosan pada Belanja Daerah. This research was conducted to determine the performance of the Medan City Trade Office. in realizing the budget has been running effectively and efficiently. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research. Based on the characteristics of the problem raised by the researcher, this research is classified as a quantitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained directly from the company such as interview data and data in the form of budget information. While secondary data obtained from books, journals, internet or other media that support this research. From the results of data analysis, the results showed that the level and criteria for the effectiveness of the budget for the Medan City Trade Office. 2017- 2019 is very varied. The highest level of effectiveness was in 2018 and the lowest was in 2019. The implementation of the 2017 Budget, 2018 and 2019 is said to be effective, but in 2018 and 2019 the effectiveness level is still quite effective because the realization of the expenditure budget is different from the budget target. This difference occurs because there are some activities that are budgeted for, but not implemented. But for other activities, the budget has been effective. The implementation of the Medan City Trade Office's budget for 2017-2019 is categorized as quite efficient. Performance at the Medan City Trade Office in implementing the budget is quite good.
