Abstract: | Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupatcn Pakpak Bharat memberikan pelayanan kepada publlk dengan melaksanakan scbagian kewenangan pemerintah dari kepala daerah dibidang pemerintahan, pcmbcrdayaan masyarakat dan pembangunan serta kesejahteraan sosial dan pclayanan umum. Pelayanan scbagai parameter, cksistcnsi dari propektus organisasi Dinas kedepannya, Dinas Kepcndudukan dan Pencatatan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pakpak l3harat mcmiliki persoalan dimana system pelayanan belaku secara baku, padahal banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, baik itu internal maupun ckstcrnal organisasi yang turut mernpengaruhi pe layanan kepada masyarakatnya. Pelayanan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang direncanakan dan procedural dala rangka membantu kcbutuhan publik akan suatu hal dalam kehidupan sosialnya. Pelayanan yang diberikan Ncgara untuk rakyatnya adalah hal - hal yang berhubungan dengan perangkat kependudukan dan kebutuhan sosjaJ schingga tugas yang telah menjadi tugas Negara kerap menjadi pcrmasalahan. Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pakpak Bharat Regency provide services to the public by exercising some authority government from regional heads in the field of governance, community empowerment and development as well as social welfare and public services. Services as parameters, the existence of the prospectus of the future Service organization, the Population Service and the Registration and Civil Registration of Pakpak l3harat Regency has problems where the service system applies by default, even though there are many factors influence, both internal and external to the organization that also influences it service to the people. Service is an activity planned and procedural in order to assist the public's need for something in social life. The services provided by the State for its people are: matters related to population structure and social needs so that the task that has become the duty of the State often becomes a problem. |
