This study aims to look at the corelation between self efficacy and anxiety facing mutations in the Central Aceh Resort Police. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was the Central Aceh Police Traffic Unit police. The sample in this study amounted to 68 Satlantas police. The sampling technique uses total sampling because of the determination of the sample with certain considerations. The data collection method uses a self efficacy scale and anxiety scale with a Likert Scale model. The data analysis method using Pearson Product Moment obtained the results of the correlation coefficient value = -669, significant correlation with p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a negative corelation between self efficacy and anxiety. Where the higher the self efficacy, the lower the anxiety, conversely the lower the self efficacy, the higher the anxiety. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination ( ) = 0,448 or 44,8%, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted. Self efficacy is classified as moderate tending to be low (hypothetical mean = 112.500 > empirical mean = 107.87, where the difference is more than the SD number = 20.451). The anxiety variable facing mutation is classified as moderate tending to be high (hypothetical mean = 127,500 < empirical mean 153.22, where the difference is more than SD = 29.844). So it can be concluded that the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the anxiety, and vice versa, the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the anxiety.
