Abstract: | Penelitian ini berjudul mengenai Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Shopee Terhadap Minat Beli Kaum Lelaki Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Medan Area. Pada saat ini kita tahu bahwa belanja online lebih banyak dilakukan oleh kaum perempuan, namun dari penelitian ini dibuktikan bahwa tidak hanya perempuan saja yang melakukan kegiatan berbelanja online melainkan laki-laki juga kerap kali melakukan kegiatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Shopee terhadap minat beli kaum lelaki pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Medan Area. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner pada google form yang telah diisi oleh 68 responden, yaitu Mahasiswa Laki-laki Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Medan Area. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sebesar 28,1% dan sisahnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya sebesar 71,9% dan hasil regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan nilai t hitung 5.074 dan hasil t tabel sebesar 1.670, sehingga jika t hitung > t tabel (5.074>1.670), maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. This research entitled the effect of using the Shopee application on male buying interest in Communication Studies students at the University of Medan Area. At this time we know that online shopping is mostly done by women, but from this research it is proven that not only women do online shopping activities but men also do these activities. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of the use of the Shopee application on male buying interest in Communication Studies students at the University of Medan Area. The research method used was quantitative descriptive research, using a purposive sampling sample and data collection techniques using a questionnaire on a Google form which had been filled out by 68 respondents, namely male students majoring in Communication Studies at the University of Medan Area. From the results of this study it was found that it was 28.1% and the rest was influenced by other variables of 71.9% and the results of simple linear regression showed a t count value of 5,074 and a t table result of 1,670, so if t count > t table (5,074 > 1,670) , then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. |
