dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kecacatan terparah dengan mencari nilai kerusakan terbcsar alau nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number). Analisis moda kegagalan yang terjadi ahan dilakukan dengan metode FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Anaiysis) dengan melihat tingkat kecacatan dari besarnya nilai Occurrence,Severity, dan Detection. Nilai akan dikatakan besar pada metode ini adalah nilai yang melebihi 100 RPN. Data-Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dari para karyawan pabrik. Permasalahan ini akan dituangkan dalam metode FTA (Fauli Tree Analysis) untuk menganalisis akar dari permasalahan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya moda kegagalan tersebut dan hasil pemikiran tersebut akan diluangkan kedalam metode Fishbone untuk mengetahui sebab dan akibat penycbab cacat produk terjadi. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai yang melebihi angka kritis adalah moda kegagalan mengkerut dengan 210 RPN dan moda kegagalan pecah sebesar 252 RPN.Nilai ini merupakan nilai terbesar dan paling prioritas untuk segera diperbaiki. Maka dari itu. hasil penelitian ini berupa saran yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi besarnya tingkat kecacatan produk yang terjadi. This study aimed to analyze the level of the worst defect by looking for the highest damage valuc or RPN (Risk Priority Number) value. The occurred failure mode analysis was carried out using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method by noticing the level of defects from the magnitude of the Occurrence, Severity, and Detection values. The value said to be high in this method was a value that exceeded 100 RPN. The research data were collected through interviews with factory employces. This problem was outlincd in the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) method to analyze the causing problems of the failure mode that occurred. Then, the analysis results used the Fishhone method to determine the causes and effects of the product dcfects cause. This study concluded that the valuc cxcccding the critical number was a shrinkage failure mode of 210 RPN and a rupture failure mode of 252 RPN. This was the highest value and needed to be repaired immediately. Therefore, the results of this study were suggestions that were expected to reduce the occurred level of product defects. | en_US |
